Meet Jennifer

Jennifer works with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. She offers EMDR therapy to help clients process traumatic experiences and develop healthier ways of coping with emotional challenges.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly when past experiences continue to affect how we think, feel, and respond to situations. Jennifer provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and work toward meaningful change.

Jennifer believes that every person is unique and that therapy should reflect their individual needs and goals. Her approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Originally from Northern Ontario, Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. She has extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, and stress, including many years working as a counsellor on a national crisis counselling line for youth.

Jennifer is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
