Meet Adi

Adi lives in Vaughan and works with clients across the Greater Toronto Area, Toronto, and Ontario. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has also completed additional training in the Foundations of Narrative Therapy at the Vancouver School for Narrative Therapy.

Adi’s therapeutic approach is rooted in an eclectic, client-centred framework that honours the individuality of each person she works with. Drawing from a variety of modalities, she tailors her approach to support her clients’ unique needs, values, and goals.

At the heart of Adi’s work is the belief that healing begins in relationship—with self and others. She prioritizes building a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen and supported.

Adi invites clients into a process of radical self-responsibility—helping them recognize their own agency, challenge limiting narratives, and take ownership of their healing journey. Her role is to walk alongside them as they move toward deeper authenticity, clarity, and empowerment—ultimately becoming the authors of lives led with intention and integrity.
